Rachael visits the Irish city of Dublin on this episode. Another whirlwind tour by Rachael, where she visits numerous places to eat. Here’s a recap:

Queen of Tarts offers plenty of sweets to start off your day… and everything’s made from scratch.

Gallaghers, The Boxty House offers the boxty… a traditional Irish pancake made from grated potato, mashed potato, flour, milk all blended and then it sits for a half an hour. The pancake is cooked and then rolled up with various toppings.

After some shopping Rachael visits the The Brazen Head pub, which dates by to 1198, the oldest pub in Dublin. Traditional Irish pub food that looks really good.

The Market Pub is a wide open space with lots to order. Tapas, salads, and plenty of other lunch time favorites.

Rachael then visits the Guinness brewery. A serious brewery set up for making great brew and letting visitors see all the inner workings of the brewery. After visiting you can stop and shop and then visit the Gravity bar for a pint or the brewery bar for some food.

Gruel has good old fashioned deli food and great prices.

The Cedar Tree serves up Lebanese food in the city center.

Sheridans Cheesemongers is not a restaurant but a fine food store specializing in farmhouse cheese. They have a huge selection of cheese and wine to choose from.

India restaurant Jaipur serves up real India food with a modern touch.

Fire cooks up seafood and steaks with Dublin’s first wood burning oven.
