I searched through the Lyon in the Kitchen recipes and I believe I found what she was looking for.

It’s a recipe for steamed lobster with healthy vinaigrette’s. There are two different vinaigrette’s listed, one is a tomato vinaigrette’s and the other is a vanilla vinaigrette. The vanilla recipe has fresh lemon and orange juice in it.

Hopefully this is the one you’re looking for Melissa.

I’m contantly recording cooking shows so I thought I’d turn to my DVR and see if anything looked good. Sure enough, there was “A Lyon in the Kitchen” episode titled “Seared Sea Bass”. Looks good to me.

On this episode Nathan cooks seared sea bass with sauteed potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and shallots, which he complements with a spinach salad. For desert it’s a low-fat honey panna cotta.

So I found what’s on my menu tonight.

He starts off visiting a local fire house where the firefighters have to cook on a budget every day. He prepares a Cincinnati chili for everyone and they all get to chow down.

After his firehouse visit, he’s back in the kitchen preparing fried egg with prosciutto and arugula with crostini. A tasty breakfast that will give some protein for getting through the day.

Next he prepares a quick Pasta alla Puttanesca. Simple and nutritious.
He also makes an Asian chicken salad. Quick and flavorful.
And for dessert he makes some no-bake chocolate cookies with oatmeal.
