A Lyon in the Kitchen – “Seared Sea Bass”

I was on the hunt for dinner and something fishy came to mind. I’m contantly recording cooking shows so I thought I’d turn to my DVR and see if anything looked good. Sure enough, there was “A Lyon in the Kitchen” episode titled “Seared Sea Bass”. Looks good to me.

On this episode Nathan cooks seared sea bass with sauteed potatoes, peppers, tomatoes and shallots, which he complements with a spinach salad. For desert it’s a low-fat honey panna cotta.

So I found what’s on my menu tonight.
