The guest judge is Chef Charlie Palmer who tells the chefs their challenge it to prepare a dish that is a good paring with Alexia chips.
Top three dishes are from Eli, Bryan and Kevin, with the win going to Eli.

Bottom three dishes are from Jennifer, Robin, and Ash.
Elimination
The chefs are asked to cook pork dishes for Chef Palmer’s Pigs and Pinot event. The chefs draw knifes to determine which part of the pig they’ll be cooking. Then they head to Aureole at the Mandalay Bay resort where they choose the pinot that they’ll be pairing with their pork dish.
Top four dishes are from Michael, Bryan, Kevin and Jennifer with the win going to Kevin.

Bottom three dishes are from Ash, Laurine and Robin. Ash takes the harshest criticism and he’s sent packing.
